Ordinance No. 69-97 is an ordinance regulating the use of public and private sewers, private sewage disposal, the installation, construction, maintenance, and connection of building sewers; the discharge of
waters and wastes into the public sewer system; providing penalties
for the violation thereof; repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith;
and for other purposes, all pertaining to the sewer lines and system
within the jurisdiction of the City of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
