The City of Fort Smith Utility Department and Fort Smith/Sebastian County Hazmat Team will be conducting a Chlorine Hazmat Exercise today, November 8, at the P Street Treatment Plant. Emergency vehicles and staff will be on site inside the treatment plant and the surrounding area for this exercise.
