FOG Do’s and Dont’s

This fall all customers will receive a communication with their utility bill as part of the Utility Department’s FOG Program. This communication is designed to provide education regarding the consequences of putting fats, oils, and grease down the drain. FOG causes approximately 80% of all dry weather sanitary sewer overflows in Fort Smith.
